Before establishing PMT, Prof. Sharma had the honor of being appointed by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in 1980, as the first senior analyst and strategist to research and to manage a multi-billion dollar commodities and strategic metals portfolio, in compliance with the Islamic laws, for the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth Fund.
