The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2008 SI 2008/3055 has now been published. The Order increases the limits on certain employment tribunal awards and other amounts payable under employment legislation from 1 February 2009.
We reviewed the case of Coleman v Attridge Law in our July 08 issue of Smart News. Well the Employment Tribunal in that case has published its decision on the compatibility of the DDA and the Equal Treatment Framework Directive in terms of protection against discrimination by association.
