The Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 SI 2009/595 have now been published. The Regulations extend the right to request flexible working to carers of children under 17 from 6 April 2009. The right previously applied to carers of children under six or disabled children under 18. For copies of the Regulations go to, www.opsi.gov.uk.
